Navigate to "Items" in the main menu and click "Add Item". You can manually enter details, scan a barcode, or use our metadata lookup feature by entering an ISBN, ASIN, or other identifier.

Yes! Catalogador supports importing from CSV and various popular catalog formats. Go to "More" → "Import/Export" to access the import feature.

Your data is automatically backed up regularly. You can also export your entire collection at any time through the Import/Export feature for personal backups.

From any item's detail page, click "Create Loan". Add the borrower's information and optionally set an expected return date. You'll see all active loans in your dashboard and can manage them from the Loans section.

Yes! Catalogador is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once installed, you can browse your collection offline. Changes will sync when you're back online.
